砖机设备采用整体铸件结构,稳固可靠,配合1500T高吨位油缸,可高效处理多种固废材料:如渣土、泥土等细粉料,以及常见的建筑垃圾,确保产品抗压强度、抗折强度、透水系数、抗冻溶等相关指标。
The SLST2000 production line features an integrated cast structure, ensuring robust rigidity and stable operation. Coupled with a 1500T high-tonnage oil cylinder, it efficiently processes various fine-powder solid waste materials, such as slag, silt, and crushed construction waste. This ensures that the finished bricks meet national standards in key performance indicators, including compressive strength, flexural strength, permeability, and freeze-thaw resistance.

Innovative brick-making process
针对传统工艺中面层与底层结合不牢、透水效果不理想等难题,该砖机生产线融合湿法与干法工艺,提供三种工作模式:模拟双压模式、单压振动模式和纯振动模式三种不同的功能模式并行,用户可根据原料特性及砖型需求灵活选择,广泛适用于路面砖、空心砖、铺路砖、连锁砖、水利砖等上百种混凝土制品,有效提升材料利用率和砌块产品品质。
Addressing industry challenges such as weak bonding between surface and base layers and suboptimal permeability in traditional processes, this production line innovatively combines wet and dry processes, offering three switchable working modes: simulated double-pressure mode, single-pressure vibration mode, and pure vibration mode. Users can flexibly choose the mode based on raw material characteristics and brick type requirements, making it widely applicable to hundreds of concrete products, including paving bricks, hollow bricks, interlocking bricks, and hydraulic bricks. This significantly enhances material utilization and block product quality.

Building a production line for bricks made from solid waste resources
这套砖机生产线实现了建筑垃圾到高品质砌块产品的闭环式生产,从原料处理、制成品成型到智能码垛收砖系统,构建起智能化制砖生产管理体系。项目投产后,预计每年可消纳各类固废材料30万吨,帮助客户打造从废料处理到绿色建材生产的完整产业链条。
From raw material pretreatment and brick molding to automatic stacking and finished product collection, the entire line achieves intelligent control, drastically reducing manual intervention while improving production efficiency and product consistency. Once operational, the project is expected to consume 300,000 tons of solid waste annually, helping the customer build a green industrial chain of "waste-resource-product" and achieve both economic and environmental benefits.
