With infrastructure projects rolling out across South China—urban roads, industrial parks and supporting facilities—demand for high-quality, durable paving stones and curbstones has surged. The customer, a local building-materials company, had been unable to scale up or upgrade product quality because of outdated equipment. After extensive research and comparison, the customer ultimately chose to install Sanlian Machinery’s SLST1000 block machine production line. Integrating advanced servo forming technology with an intelligent production management system, the production line achieves fully automatic, closed-loop operation. From raw-material batching, vibration-compression molding to finished-product palletizing, every stage is precisely controlled, drastically reducing manual intervention. This boosts product consistency and pass rates while keeping production costs in check, enhancing the customer’s market competitiveness.
