三联模具选用优质模具钢，并建立严格的入厂检测流程，对钢材的硬度、强度、耐磨性等关键指标进行核查。通过材料端的筛选，使模具能够适应高频次、高强度制砖生产的要求，延长使用寿命，减少中途更换带来的停机成本。

Sanlian selects high-quality mold steel for mold manufacture and has established strict testing procedure to check key indicators of steel including hardness, strength and durability. Mold could adapt to high-frequency and high-strength block production owing to the selection at materials end that prolong mold’s service life and reduces production suspending cost brought by mold replacement.

加工适配：以设备保证精度

不同砌块产品，对模具型腔的尺寸公差、结构细节有不同要求。

三联机械针对这一特点，配备龙门加工中心、CNC机床、线切割、铣床等全套高精度数控设备。在生产过程中，根据不同模具的型腔结构，选择适配的加工方式，控制尺寸误差在行业标准范围内。成型后的砖块尺寸统一、边角规整，无需二次修整，有助于制砖企业提升生产效率。

Different block products have their exclusive requirements on dimension tolerance and structural details of mold cavity.

 Targeting at the trait, Sanlian Machinery’s workshops are equipped with complete set of numerical equipment such as gantry machining center, CNC lathe, wire cut and milling machine. In mold manufacturing, processing method varies according to different cavity structures of mold so as to control dimension tolerance within standard range of the sector.
