本次开营仪式全面升级国际化标准，主持人、开场嘉宾全程英文致辞，同步连线全球各区域海外同事，远程送上多语种欢迎视频，跨越时区、地域共迎青苗新生，拉开本届训练营全球化序幕。

开营现场，盈峰环境董事长、CEO马刚用中英双语向全体青苗生致以热烈欢迎。他围绕全球化布局、科技数字化转型、青年全球胜任力成长三大核心维度发表致辞，寄语青苗生把握行业科技化、全球化发展风口,与公司并肩从“环保的盈峰”向“科技的盈峰”，从“中国的盈峰”向“世界的盈峰”坚定转型：坚守恒进初心，深耕专业技术，拥抱 AI、数字化等前沿科技，主动建立全球视野；善用公司遍布全球的业务平台，打破地域边界，把专业能力转化为服务全球客户的核心竞争力，助力企业海外市场开拓、技术全球输出。勉励全体青苗生“永远保持积极的心态”，终将走得更高更远！

本次开营汇聚中南大学、湖南大学、湖南师范大学、湘潭大学、长沙理工大学、湖南农业大学、湖南科技大学、湖南工业大学、湖南工商大学等多所重点高校教师代表，各校教师依次上台送上寄语，对青苗学子寄予深切期盼，鼓励大家融合校园专业学识与产业实操，以数字化思维拥抱全球化发展浪潮；随后全体学员庄严宣誓，铿锵有力的誓词是青苗生面向全球市场许下的成长承诺，宣誓完毕，马刚为青苗生代表授予营旗。

告别传统队旗、口号，本届青苗风采环节全新升级为“自带光芒・点亮世界——2026届青苗生胜任力入营展示”，15支小组深度复盘校园竞赛、科研项目、社会实践等真实事迹，提炼团队专属胜任力关键词，有的团队聚焦 “科创攻坚”，以多项赛事获奖经历彰显技术实践硬实力；有的团队主打 “跨境协作”，依托多语言能力突出全球化沟通优势；还有团队立足 “数字化创新”，分享AI应用项目实战成果，以真实事迹、硬核能力、清晰宣言定格核心优势，在思维碰撞中认清自我、互补所长，凝聚起适配全球化、科技化发展的团队合力。

博学拓界，实干致远。本届训练营搭建多元立体课程体系，设置企业战略、行业趋势、业务板块、企业文化等丰富专题授课，同步在集训前期安排军事训练，磨砺青苗生坚韧意志，夯实协同共进的职业底色；新增 AI 驱动职场效能、出海沙盘模拟两大特色学习内容，多维度同步强化数字工具应用能力与全球化业务实战思维。各事业部负责人、业务高管将轮番开展专题授课，深度解读核心业务发展态势，打通校园理论与全球职场实践的壁垒，为青苗生角色转换筑牢根基。

Booming tech innovation and expanding global business landscape usher in summer’s big event: Infore Enviro 2026 Sprout Talent Incubator kicks off at Changsha Industrial Base under the theme Tech to Grow, World to Explore. Around 200 Sprout Talents gather here for a 10-day international immersive training integrating global vision, digital tech and real-world practice.

Chase Dreams at Infore Enviro, Embark on a Fresh Growth Journey

Young sprouts gather at Infore Enviro to kick off their transformation from students to professionals. The company provides airport and high-speed rail pick-up services, along with a seamless one-stop onboarding process. Guides share the firm’s history and global footprint from an international viewpoint. Decades of expertise in smart environmental services help new sprouts envision clearly how their personal growth aligns with the company’s global strategy.

Fully Bilingual Opening Ceremony: Inspiration for Global Young Talents

The opening ceremony adopts full international standards. Hosts and senior leaders deliver all speeches in English, while overseas teams send multilingual welcome videos remotely, bridging time zones to greet new Sprout Talents.

William Ma, Chairman & CEO of Infore Enviro, delivered a warm bilingual welcome speech to all Sprout Talents on site. Focusing on global layout, digital transformation and youth global competence, he encouraged trainees to seize intelligent and international industry opportunities, and march with the company toward transformation from an environmental brand to a tech brand, and from a Chinese brand to a global brand. He advised them to stay dedicated, sharpen expertise, embrace AI and digital technologies and foster global vision. By leveraging the company’s global network to break down geographical barriers, they can turn professional strengths into core competitiveness for global clients and drive overseas expansion and tech export. He also urged everyone to stay positive to achieve greater progress in the future.

Faculty representatives from top universities including Central South University, Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, Xiangtan University, Changsha University of Science & Technology, Hunan Agricultural University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Hunan University of Technology and Hunan University of Technology and Business attended the launch event. Teachers delivered heartfelt speeches on stage one after another, expressing great expectations for all Sprout Talents. They encouraged students to integrate academic expertise with industrial practice and embrace global opportunities with digital mindset. Afterwards, all participants took a solemn oath. The powerful pledge embodies their commitment to global markets. After the oath-taking ceremony, William Ma presented the camp flag to Sprout Talent representatives.

Radiate Your Light, Illuminate the World – Revamped Competency Showcase

Replacing traditional team flags and slogans, the segment is renamed Radiate Your Light, Illuminate the World – 2026 Sprout Talent Core Competency Showcase. Split into 15 teams, trainees draw on academic contests, research projects and social practices to define unique team competency keywords. Some highlight R&D strengths with competition awards; others showcase cross-cultural communication via multilingual skills; more share hands-on AI project experience. Real achievements, solid strengths and clear team statements help participants complement each other and build tech & global-oriented teamwork.

Multi-dimensional Training Curriculum: Tech & Global Business Focus

Diverse courses cover corporate strategy, industry trends, business segments and corporate culture. Military training is arranged at the early phase to build resilience and teamwork. Two new modules – AI-powered workplace efficiency and overseas business simulation – enhance digital literacy and cross-border operational capabilities. Division heads and senior executives share core business insights, linking academic knowledge to international workplace realities for smooth career transition.

Unite Youth Innovation, Forge a New Global Development Path

Infore Enviro 2026 Sprout Talent Incubator is underway at Changsha Industrial Base. The full training system centers on technological innovation and globalization, featuring bilingual opening ceremony, 15-team competency showcases, pre-program military training, corporate culture & business lectures, plus exclusive AI digital courses and overseas business simulations. It serves as a talent incubation platform for nearly 200 Sprout Talents, nurturing innovative professionals with global strategic vision.
